June 10-14
Snack items (we’re currently planning for approx. 40 kids for 5 days)
Fruit – grapes, blueberries, strawberries, bananas, apples (enough for each kid to have a small serving of each)
Baby carrots
Juice – in bottles (not single serving containers)
4 32 oz. Vanilla Yogurt
Granola bars
1 lg container raisins or craisins
Pretzels
Our VBS is set in ancient Athens, so we’d like the kids to try “Grecian” food
Pita bread or other Mediterranean-type breads and crackers
Hummus
Feta cheese and other cheeses
Olives (not canned)
Figs, dates, apricots (not too many)
(If you see a good deal on other relatively healthy snack items when you’re out shopping, we’ll happily accept
other things as well.)
